Elena Lupo, LMSW and Andrea Marano, LCSW are two passionate Pre-K social workers dedicated to building strong emotional foundations for our youngest learners. This year, we’ve been honored with the opportunity to present at a national conference on a topic that’s close to our hearts: how to build a comprehensive early childhood mental health program.

This presentation is based on the innovative work we’ve done in our school community to address the growing mental health needs of children ages 3–5. Our model integrates trauma-informed care, family partnerships, staff training, and proactive support systems that help every child thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.
