It's not often that you meet such a special person, "your person" at the tender age of 3. But I was blessed to find that in Sharae, and have been continually blessed for the last 33 years simply by having her in my life.
Those of you that know Sharae, know that she is the most giving, kind, gentle natured, sweet hearted, light of the room kind of girl. She is an amazing mommy to her two little babes ages 3 and 6, a loving wife to her husband, spectacular daughter, sister and the most incredible friend.
Sharae's passion is healing and she has dedicated her life to helping others achieve wellness and strength. Now it is her turn, now is the time when SHE needs the healing, strength, love and prayers.
On April 11, 2017 Sharae was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a rare and very aggressive form of bone marrow and blood cancer. She will be admitted into the hospital next week to begin intensive chemo treatments and the length of stay is unknown. Once the chemo has been completed she will then undergo a stem cell transplant, which too will require a stay in the hospital for a great period of time . As you can imagine, she will not be able to work, her husband will be working less hours and her children will need additional childcare. Medical bills and everyday life bills will pile up and this is the last thing she needs to worry about. Sharae is one of the strongest women I know and she needs to focus that strength on her health and fighting this fight.
Sharae would NEVER ask for anything, but she is not asking, I am! So please, if you can give, no amount is too small. We greatly appreaciate your thoughts and prayers. There are no words to express the gratitude we all feel!
