<div>I am Jackeline, a  friend of Shanny, a 5 year old local in Tulum. I know her through her mother Aylin, who works at Otti Cacao, a place where many expats like to enjoy delicious Cacao and socialize. Aylin and Shanny  help me babysit my dog and we've developed a friendship through these last few years.  Shanny has always been bright and loves playing with my travel piano when she comes over.

<div>I have created this fund to help her as she is in desperate need of support and loving prayers. 
</div>

<div>Recently, Shaeny endured weeks of severe symptoms, including double vision and vomiting. After numerous doctor visits, they discovered a severe brain tumor and a buildup of Cerebrospinal fluid in the brain. She was rushed to a government hospital in Mexico City for numerous emergency brain surgeries due to the tumor and build up of fluid in her brain. They are currently awaiting results from the last surgery to determine the next steps. The prognosis is uncertain.

<div>Her family, being locals from Tulum, is now facing significant challenges. They are incurring expenses to stay in Mexico City, grappling with medical bills, and facing an uncertain future for Shaeny. The recovery period for this will be very long and arduous. Funds go directly to Aylin who will use them for Medical expenses for Shanny, food and living expenses in Mexico City.

<div>We are fortunate to live and enjoy a paradise like Tulum, served by the kind locals like Aylin. They live a very humble life and they had limited resources even before this event. <div>Hemos creado este fondo para ayudar a una niña muy especial en nuestra comunidad de Tulum que necesita desesperadamente nuestro apoyo y oraciones. Shaeny tiene 5 años, es la querida hija de Aylin, una empleada de Otti Cacao, un lugar donde muchos expatriados reúnen para socializar con un delicioso cacao.

<div>Recientemente, Shaeny soportó semanas de síntomas graves, como visión doble y vómitos. Después de numerosas visitas al médico, descubrieron un tumor cerebral grave. La llevaron de urgencia a un hospital gubernamental en la Ciudad de México para numerosas cirugías cerebrales de emergencia debido al tumor y exceso Fluido cerebroespinal. Actualmente están esperando los resultados de la última cirugía para determinar los próximos pasos. El pronóstico es incierto.

<div>Su familia, originaria de Tulum, ahora enfrenta importantes desafíos. Están incurriendo en gastos para permanecer en la Ciudad de México, lidiando con facturas médicas y enfrentando un futuro incierto para Shanny. El período de recuperación será muy largo y arduo.

<div>Shaeny ocupa un lugar especial en mi corazón. Ella cuidaba a mi perro cuando yo estaba fuera y me hacía compañía durante mis visitas a Otti Cacao.

<div>Somos afortunados de vivir y disfrutar de un paraíso como Tulum, atendido por lugareños amables como Aylin. Viven una vida muy humilde y tenían recursos limitados incluso antes de este evento. Necesitan urgentemente nuestra ayuda. Buscamos sus generosas donaciones para apoyar a Aylin, Shaeny y su familia en este momento increíblemente difícil.
