<div>Jam duke ju shkruar me zemër të lënduar, por me një shpresë të madhe për jetën e gruas sime të dashur, <strong>Shahe Loshi</strong>, e cila po përballet me një betejë të rëndë kundër <strong>kancerit metastatik të gjirit</strong>.

<div>Ne jetojmë në <strong>Pejë, Kosovë</strong>, por për shkak të mungesës së trajtimeve të avancuara në vendin tonë, jemi të detyruar ta trajtojmë Shahe-n në <strong>spitalin Medical Park në Istanbul, Turqi</strong>. Ajo po merr një terapi shumë të veçantë me ilaçin <strong>Enhertu</strong>, që është e vetmja terapi që po jep efekt tek ajo – pasi kimioterapitë standarde nuk kanë funksionuar.

<div>Çdo <strong>dozë e kësaj terapie kushton 3,500 euro</strong> dhe jepet <strong>çdo tri javë</strong>, pa llogaritur kostot e udhëtimit, akomodimit dhe analizave të vazhdueshme. Shaha deri më tani i ka marr 8 seanca, ndërsa sipas mjekut është e paraparë që të kryhen edhe <strong>17 seanca</strong> të tjera në mënyrë që kimioterapia të ketë efektin e duhur. Fatkeqësisht, kjo kimioterapi nuk mbulohet nga shteti dhe ne nuk kemi asnjë mbështetje financiare institucionale.

<div>Shahe ka kërkuar ndihmë edhe para një viti përmes GoFundMe, kur ishte duke u trajtuar me një terapi tjetër (Trodelvy). Falë mbështetjes suaj ajo pati përmirësime të mëdha në atë kohë. Megjithatë, me përfundimin e fondeve, gjendja e saj u përkeqësua rëndë. Tani, falë Enhertu, ajo është sërish më mirë – por pa mbështetjen tuaj, nuk mund ta vazhdojmë këtë rrugë jetike.

<div><strong>Help Shahe Loshi in Her Fight Against Metastatic Breast Cancer</strong>

<div>Dear friends, kind-hearted people, and supporters around the world, I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and hopeful spirit for my beloved wife,<strong> Shahe Loshi</strong>, who is battling <strong>metastatic breast cancer</strong> — an aggressive and life-threatening condition.

<div>We live in <strong>Pejë, Kosovo</strong>, but due to the lack of advanced cancer treatment options in our country, we are forced to seek help abroad. Shahe is currently receiving treatment at <strong>Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey</strong>, where she is undergoing a specialized therapy called <strong>Enhertu</strong>.

<div>Enhertu is the only treatment that has shown real results for her, after standard chemotherapies failed to help. However, each dose of this life-saving treatment costs <strong>€3,500 every three weeks</strong> — and this amount does not include travel, accommodation, or additional medical expenses. To date, Shaha has undergone 8 chemotherapy sessions. According to the treatment plan outlined by the physician, an additional <strong>17 sessions</strong> are required to achieve the intended therapeutic effect. Unfortunately, this treatment is <strong>not available or covered in Kosovo</strong>, and we are left to cover the full cost on our own.

<div>Last year, we turned to GoFundMe when Shahe was undergoing treatment with a different drug, <strong>Trodelvy</strong>. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we were able to fund several rounds of treatment, which helped her recover significantly. However, once those funds were exhausted, her health deteriorated again.

<div>Now, Enhertu is offering new hope — but we are running out of resources and have no financial support from our government. As her husband, I’m doing everything in my power to keep her alive and fighting, but we can no longer continue without your help.
</div>

<div>I have <strong>all the necessary medical documentation and proof of treatment</strong>, which I’m more than willing to share for anyone who wishes to verify our situation.
