I am currently a Support Teacher at Urban Montessori Charter School where we practice mindfulness and social emotional learning. Breathe for Change is "on a mission to change the world one teacher at a time". Through yoga practices, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning, Breathe For Change is going to enhance my skills and give me more tools to "be the change I wish to see in the world"(Ghandi). I educate because I love to learn with others. My students teach me daily how to give my best self. This training will allow me to teach my students how to utilize mindfulness in school and in their daily lives.
