I am currently a Support Teacher at Urban Montessori Charter School where we practice mindfulness and social emotional learning. Breathe for Change is "on a mission to change the world one teacher at a time". Through yoga practices, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning, Breathe For Change is going to enhance my skills and give me more tools to "be the change I wish to see in the world"(Ghandi). I educate because I love to learn with others. My students teach me daily how to give my best self.
