Tempranillo Staff Struggling with Closures

Donation protected
Due to the Governors actions against Coronavirus,  Tempranillo Restaurant has been shut down and our staff has zero income.  The food service industry has been hit especially hard and we need to resort to asking for support through the generosity of others.  It's a tough time for all of us, but most businesses have safety nets, not the Food Service Industry.  We rely heavily on your generosity but now, this is the only way we can ask for help.

Our goal is completely within reach and will be divided equally among the entire staff. From our incredible dishwasher Gabrielle to our amazing Head chef Jose, Oscar and Rodrigo who support him, our food runner and single mom, Karen and the floor team you know so well, Greg, Matt, Marcelo, Angie, Geo, Jane, Meagan and Jess. We are all asking for your support through this incredibly frightening time.   We are expected to weather through this with no income available to us and unfortunately we cannot rely on Government support, even the emergency bill is not yet signed.

Now is the time to pull together, times like these we find out what our community is made of.  After working at Tempranillo since last summer, I have been lucky enough to meet genuinely caring people within the Basalt community.  While I understand spending money right now is uncomfortable, please reflect with empathy as to how terrifying it is for us who have nothing to spend.

Thank you in advance and please, stay safe.
