Help Serge Recover After a Serious Scooter Accident

Dear friends and kind-hearted supporters,

I’m reaching out to you on behalf of my dear friend Serge, who recently experienced a life-altering accident. On Wednesday, July 24th, Serge was riding his scooter when it clipped an “armadillo” bike lane separator. The impact caused him to be thrown from the bike lane, shattering his left arm into 16 pieces. He was immediately rushed to a level one trauma center, where he underwent an 8-hour surgery to repair the extensive damage.

With all the bolts and screws now holding his arm together, Serge jokes that he’s like the “bionic man.” But despite his humor, this situation is no joke. Serge is not one to ask for help, but in this difficult time, I’m stepping in to do it for him. He’s a humble and hardworking individual who now needs our support to get back on his feet.
