Help send Nick to Nationals, USA Wrestling

Hi! I’m Nick. I am a wrestler for R.L. Turner HS in Carrollton, Texas and this is my Senior year. I am a qualifier for USA Wrestling, Pre-Season Nationals in Iowa, and need your help getting there. 

On October 15, 2020 my wrestling coach showed up to my birthday dinner with a letter from USA Wrestling. The letter said I made the qualifiers list for Pre-Season Nationals. It was the best gift I could have received. 

In 2018, I made the qualifiers list. I competed against the best in the nation, won, took 1st place and I was awarded the All American rank. This rank means you are of the top 8 in the country. In 2019, I returned in hopes to earn the title for the 2nd year. At the start of my 2nd match, I was injured due to an illegal slam and was not able to complete the match. Now, my senior year, I am returning to regain the title and bring 1st place back to R.L Turner and CFBISD.  As a HS wrestler, you want to get invited to this event. As a senior, this is the opportunity where every College recruiter sees you, Come on, Hawkeyes!  

The cost for this event runs $1,000.00

 This event is held in Des Moines, Iowa from October 29th - October 31st (that’s less than 8 days!) and includes travel, transportation, room & board, and training seminars with a 4x Olympic medalist.  This is everything I’ve wanted and along with the help of you, our friends and family, my parents can send me to Iowa.
