Help send Elias! to Disney World!

Elias! was named after Walter Elias Disney, and his parents have been dreaming of the day they can take him to Disney World.

Born with a rare genetic disease, several physical anomalies, and a hard road ahead of him, Elias! has spent much of his life in hospitals. He has a fighting spirit and, after a bone marrow transplant early last year, he has started to enjoy doing new and exciting things. He still has a tough hill to climb, and his perseverance keeps him going.

Introducing Elias! to the Disney Magic has been a dream of the Ormond Family for years, and now they are one step closer to making it happen! They have been gifted a week at an Orlando condo and now they need YOUR HELP to get there!!

A few people have inquired about Make-a-Wish. A wish was requested for Elias! after his bone marrow transplant, and it is in process. The family is waiting to hear about the status of the wish. Mom and dad are excited about taking Elias! to Disney World, and can't wait to share the memories with everyone. Elias! does not understand Disney World, and while we are sure he is going to have a blast, this would not necessarily be his "wish".
