Scott and Lindsay Nerger recently experienced unimaginable loss when their home was destroyed in the Old Trails Fire that swept through Spokane. Just a year ago, they moved into what was their dream home, a place where they hoped to build lasting memories with their family. Yesterday, everything changed in an instant. Thankfully, Scott and Lindsay, along with their kids and animals, made it out safely, but they escaped with only the clothes on their backs. Now, they are left to process the shock and grief of losing their home and all that it held.

 As Scott and Lindsay begin the long journey of rebuilding their lives, they face immediate needs such as finding temporary housing, replacing essentials, and caring for their family. The road ahead will also include the daunting task of reconstructing their home and restoring a sense of normalcy.
