Help SaveMarisol Hodgkins Lymphoma

Marisol is 39 years old,  a beautiful mother of 3, wife, sister, and daughter who lives in Ladyville, Belize.  In August she complained of a cough and was prescribed antibiotics however the cough persisted.  In November one night she suffered respiratory arrest, a CT scan was obtained, and revealed a large lung mass.  Through great efforts of her family in an overtaxed medical system a biopsy was finally obtained and sent to the US.  On Thursday 1/18/2018 we obtained the diagnosis of Hodgkins lymphoma. In the last 3 decades therapeutic advancements have resulted in substantial improvements in lymphoma outcome.  In most high-income regions, HL is a largely curable disease however there is no treatment available in Belize.  We have investigated treatment in the US however a minimal down payment of $150,000-250,000 is required for initial evaluation  and we fear we are funning out of time.  Further investigation through family members in Mexico has provided us with a pathway for possible treatment.  We will be transporting Marisol to Mexico for continued treatment efforts.  She will be evaluated in Veracruz and treatment is anticipated to occur in Mexico City.   Estimated cost of ABVD treatment is $30,000-50,000.00.  We are seeking help in this imminent situation.  We appreciate you spreading the word to as many people as possible.  In addition to funds, any information regarding foundations assisting cancer patients in Central America is appreciated.   It will be of great assistance to obtain resources for food, phone (unlocked)  or technology for communication with her family, and lodging as her sight of treatment is established.  She has 3 wonderful children, Jason, Dennis and Alexia along with a loving husband Jarrell and an extended family who are extremely grateful for any assistance.  Peace and Love.
