Help Save Yuki's Leg - Anita's Yuki

Hello, We have to put a fundraiser together in the hope that we can help towards the operation to save Anita's much loved family dog - Yuki.

Anita Fleming, suddenly passed away on Tuesday 24th May 2022,
at Mount Edgecumbe Hospice, aged 60. She left behind her much-loved Dog Yuki.
Yuki is a very beautiful and loving dog who was very much attached to Anita's side.
Yuki has an absolute heart of gold, but in true Lurcher style, she gets easily stressed by new situations.

With Anita's daughter Abi choosing to keep Yuki, it's been a slow and steady process of helping poor Yuki adjust to a new home and a new environment without Anita. Abi and Yuki have both been able to grieve together and have very much bonded greatly.

Yuki has had a close and watchful eye on her with someone always around for comfort, but On the day of Anita's service she had to be left for an hour. Yuki (very stressed) managed to get to the upstrairs of the house, and she subsequently dislocated her back leg. Despite best efforts to put this back in place, the vets have given three options. She can be PTS, have her leg amputated and have surgey to hold the portion into the hip joint.

She is 7 years old and otherwise a very healthy, happy girl, so saving her and her leg is the best thing for her but very costly.

We are asking for anyone kind enough to make donations towards her surgery, it will be greatly appreciated.
Yuki is much loved and deserves the absolute best treatment so she can live a happy life with Abi, her children and all four of her legs.

Many thanks, close friends of the family. x
