<div>Yoko is a very special, calm and sweet boy who loves to cuddle and is happiest when he's with his main human L. He was found as a stray by L and adopted into the family where he is loved so much. I am a close family friend who would like to help the owner in paying the enorm vet bills needed to save Yoko.

<div>A few days ago L noticed Yoko acting a bit off and decided to take him to the vet. Unfortunately, after taking a blood, they found out that he was severely dehydrated, and had a plethora of other problems in his charts that indicated kidney issues, liver issues, and gastro issues. The worst of all is that his lungs have liquid in them. (Please note - the owners took him to the vet for routine check ups and Yoko was acting normal. Cats hide their pain so well. The owners couldn't have known!)

<div>So from there, he got injections to keep him hydrated, as well as lots of tests and a scan under anesthesia. They suspect that there is a tumor causing all of these issues, but the results are not back from the lab yet if it is benign or not. (*I will keep this updated.) The liquid in his lungs needed to be drained twice, and he stayed at the emergency vet clinic for three days. The vets love him, he is such a good boy, never scratching or hissing.

<div>Last night he was allowed to go home as long as a constant watch was kept on him (no sleeping) as they can't do much but wait for the results now anyway. Today he is having a check up, and lab results about the tumor should come in in the next 1-2 days. His younger brother Beans has not left his side since him coming home, hovering close in Yoko's pet carrier and not even leaving for dinner:

<div>Yoko ist ein ganz besonderer, ruhiger und lieber Junge, der gerne kuschelt und sich am wohlsten fühlt, wenn er bei seinem Bezugsperson L ist. Er wurde von L als Streuner gefunden und von der Familie adoptiert, die ihn sehr liebt. Ich bin ein enger Freund der Familie und möchte dem Besitzer gerne helfen, die enormen Tierarztkosten zu bezahlen, die für Yokos Rettung anfallen.

<div>Vor ein paar Tagen bemerkte L, dass Yoko sich etwas seltsam verhielt, und beschloss, ihn zum Tierarzt zu bringen. Leider stellte man nach einer Blutentnahme fest, dass er stark dehydriert war und zahlreiche weitere Probleme aufwies, die auf Nieren-, Leber- und Magenprobleme hindeuteten. Am schlimmsten war, dass sich in seiner Lunge Flüssigkeit befand. (Hinweis: Der Besitzer brachten ihn immer zur Routineuntersuchung zum Tierarzt, und Yoko verhielt sich normal. Katzen verbergen ihre Schmerzen so gut. Der Besitzer konnten es nicht wissen!)

<div>Dann bekam er Spritzen, um ihn mit Flüssigkeit zu versorgen, sowie zahlreiche Tests und einen Ultraschall unter Narkose. Sie vermuten, dass ein Tumor die Ursache für all diese Probleme ist, aber die Laborergebnisse, ob der Tumor bösartig ist, liegen noch nicht vor. (*Ich werde darüber auf dem Laufenden bleiben.) Die Flüssigkeit in seiner Lunge musste zweimal drainiert werden, und er blieb drei Tage in der Notaufnahme. Die Tierärzte lieben ihn, er ist so ein braver Junge, kratzt oder faucht nie.

<div>Gestern Abend durfte er nach Hause, solange er ständig beobachtet wurde (kein Schlafen), da sie jetzt sowieso nicht viel tun können, außer auf die Ergebnisse zu warten. Heute wird er untersucht, und die Laborergebnisse zum Tumor sollten in den nächsten ein bis zwei Tagen vorliegen. Sein jüngerer Bruder Beans ist ihm seit seiner Heimkehr nicht von der Seite gewichen, schwebt dicht an dicht in Yokos Transportbox und geht nicht einmal zum Abendessen weg:
