On Thursday 4 August 2020. in the middle of the day with no warnings in advance, a huge explosive near the port side of Beirut destroyed most of the city. the explosive has been called "the new nuclear Hiroshima/Nagasaki bomb".
Countless people have been left dead and countless injuries, countless homes been completely destroyed.
This fundraising is a matter of life-saving. It answers the needs to make the disaster-stricken families (including mine) and homeless families, safe.
Where will the money go? To local, communities, and competent charities that are already in touch with the affected families. We’ll communicate their names in due course.
The facts: About 400 000 people become homeless in one single moment.
We must be brave and help one another, we have to think with our hearts and give what we can give; money, time, a smile.

My name is Williams Ryley, I live in United states, Chicago. My family still lives in Lebanon, Beirut and they have been severely affected by the explosion. my family's house has been completely destroyed. my both sister has been injured. Thank God, none of my family members is dead. But unfortunately, many of my old neighbor in Beirut have lost their lives in this incident.
This fundraising is to help people affected by the explosion, people who lost their family member, their house and their jobs... The money will go to the local charities and communities in Beirut. Mansoura Rbati will be our link in Beirut to help us spend the fundraisding money with the local community.
Our priority will be the injured people to help them get better treatments, and then we will try to start building shelter for the homeless people who lost their homes. we will provide food, water and take care of children who lost their families.
