If you know Trey Scott, you know how much he has given to this world. His whole life is dedicated to serving and helping others. He inspires, he coaches, he supports and he lifts up. As most of you know, Trey recently has had a very unexpected health crisis. After not feeling like himself for months, it all came to a head and we unfortunately received some terrible news. Trey is suffering from several heart conditions including severe obstructive cardiovascular disease, coronary artery disease, enlarged heart, ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure. His heart is functioning at about 20% and all of his major arteries are either completely or almost completely occluded. Thankfully, he’s stable and his symptoms remain mild for now. He’s able to continue to live life somewhat normally even though he doesn’t feel well. Unfortunately, he MUST have open heart surgery to save his life. Being self-employed, Trey does not have health insurance. The team of doctors recommended surgery, immediately. But without insurance we have to go with plan B and try to come with a way to support the insane amount of costs involved. The medical bills already incurred are astronomical, but what’s to come will be devastating. He will also need to be off of work for surgeries, recovery and rehab. We need to focus on his care, and the surgery needed to save his life. If you’re able, we would appreciate any help you could give towards his medical expenses. Trey has always been a giver and focuses his whole life on helping others, so this is obviously very difficult for him. The doctors want him in for surgery sooner than later so we are on a time clock. This is going to be a very long road that will involve several hospitalizations, procedures, surgeries and potentially one day a full heart transplant. Trey is a man of God and we remain positive and put all of our hope and trust in HIS hands. Trey has so much more to give to this world. Please help support saving his precious heart if you can.
