Hi, my name is Rose, and I’m raising awareness about the overwhelming number of stray animals in Ontario shelters.

Many people don’t realize that countless animals are being euthanized simply due to lack of space. Shelters are forced to make these heartbreaking decisions to make room for incoming strays. That’s why fostering and adopting are more important than ever.

The three dogs shown in the photo are currently at risk. A trusted rescue, Tyson N Friends, is ready to save them—but they need help to cover the cost of care once the dogs are out of the shelter.

It costs $30/day per dog, and I’m hoping to raise enough to fund a 1-month stay for each dog. This will give them time to find foster or forever homes and avoid euthanasia.

We’re so grateful to everyone who donated, shared, or simply cared. These dogs now have a chance at the lives they deserve.

That said, the work isn’t done. We’re still raising funds to help cover their second month of boarding if they haven’t found fosters or homes by then — and with so many more dogs still at risk, any extra donations will go directly toward saving the next ones in line.
