StonebridgeFACTS - Vote NO to levy

We are asking concerned residents of Stonebridge, Nepean, to help raise money in protest of the potential upcoming levy that will be mandatory to pay if the vote goes through and people vote yes to it. To learn more about the levy tax, go to: http://stonebridgefacts.com/ 

Money raised through this campaign will go to help fund signs in Stonebridge (Longfields and near the club house) to inform people about the upcoming vote and what this levy means to you, your family and neighbors. It will also help with the development and printing of pamphlets. We may also reach out to a lawyer for advice and this would help to get the ball in motion, as some residents are talking about a class action suit. 

Let us ask you: do you want to own a golf course? do you want to pay up to $475/year extra in property tax? If  not, make sure you vote NO to the levy. 

Any help you can give us  would be appreciated as currently, concerned residents are paying out of pocket, for picketing signs, pamphlets and road signs. We will be ramping up our efforts in advance of the September 30 community meeting at the Nepean Sportsplex, and will be going door-to-door with information and renting a few billboards along Longfields. ALL spending will be transparent.
