<div><strong>Help Fund Our Pub - Our Community Hub!</strong>
</div>
<div>The Kings Head in East Hoathly isn’t just a pub – it’s the beating heart of the village. For generations, it’s been where friendships are made, stories are shared and life is celebrated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Having raised an incredible £650K to buy and run East Hoathly's last remaining pub, KHCBS is now looking to raise the funds needed to carry out essential repairs, maintenance and facilities upgrades to this beautiful, historic Grade I listed building. We want to deliver a pub the people of East Hoathly can be proud of. One which serves its community by providing the facilities it needs whilst safeguarding its heritage.

<div><strong>Our Vision: A Wonderful Pub Owned By And For Its Community</strong>
</div>
<div>Imagine a pub that:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✔ Focuses on serving the needs of its community
</div>
<div>✔ Creates jobs for local people
</div>
<div>✔ Supports local producers
</div>
<div>✔ Strengthens the local economy
</div>

</div>
<div><strong>Why It Matters</strong>
</div>
<div>Pubs are more than just places to drink and eat – they’re lifelines for connection, belonging, and community spirit. They combat loneliness, isolation and improve mental wellbeing. By getting the building in good order and investing in better services (including fully accessible facilities), we'll be able to make sure the Kings Head is somewhere EVERYONE can feel welcome.

</div>
<div>•	Making essential repairs and renovations

</div>
<div>•	Preserving and improving this historic gem for generations to come
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is about more than a pub – it’s about protecting the soul of East Hoathly and giving the business and village a brighter future.
