Help Save The Allen Home

Donation protected
102 East Monroe Avenue has watched me grow up. Notches in pencil, in my late dad's handwriting, track how I grew as a kid.  There are splashes of juice on the living room ceiling from when my sister bounced her bottle as a toddler. This is my childhood home and I may lose it all without your help.

With mounting medical expenses and 2 funeral costs, my mother fell behind on paying the mortgage for our home. My sister and I helped as much as much as we could, but our bank still foreclosed on our house and sold it at auction without telling us how much was still owed on the house, which was a breach of our mortgage agreement.

With very little time to grieve, we are now fighting the sale with the help of real estate attorney who told us whether or not we keep our house depends on the heart of the judge who will hear our case. Our best chance of winning case is to raise what we can only estimate is left to pay.

Our lawyer said if we have $70, 000 by the first week of April, around the time of our hearing, even the strictest of judges could rule in our favor. We are aiming to raise $75,000 to help cover the lawyer's fees.

Please, spread our story to as many people as possible. If 75,000 people felt compassion for us and donated $1, we could keep our house.

If you cannot donate, please keep my family in prayer. Money will help, but a move of compassion from the judge will be what determines our fate. Please pray God works on the heart of whoever the judge is and that He shares His grace and mercy with us.

Thank you for reading! God's got us! We're not going down without a fight!
