This is one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to write. Stacked Sandwiches &amp; More is in trouble. We’ve hit a rough patch — repairs we can’t ignore, bills piling up, and the fear of losing something we’ve poured our hearts into. We’re fighting every day to keep going, and the people who still walk through our doors remind us why we keep fighting. But the truth is, we can’t do it alone.

We’ve always believed Stacked should be a place where memories are made, shared, and passed down for generations — a place that feels like home. This community has lifted us through every high and every heartbreak, including the loss of Sgt. Monica, whose memory will forever be part of our story.
