<div>Smokey is a feral cat who has been visiting our home for a very long time. He’s shy, gentle, and has slowly learned to trust us enough to come close for food. Yesterday, he showed up dragging his leg - what we saw after closer examination is that Smokey’s foot is severed. We don’t know if he was caught in a snare trap, attacked by another animal, or injured while trying to escape danger, but his wound is severe, painful, and life-threatening. He is in desperate need of urgent medical care.

<div>We have called all our local vets and cat shelters but they have either turned us away due to their no new clients policy or push the topic of euthanasia without giving him a chance to live.

<div>Smokey didn’t choose this life. He didn’t choose to suffer. But with your help, he can have a second chance — a life without pain, infection, or fear. but without surgery, Smokey will not survive this injury.
