<div><strong>A Community Wake-Up Call: Why Sip &amp; Frost Needs You Now</strong>
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Recently, a series of safety incidents near Stonecrest — including a mall lockdown and multiple burglaries affecting local businesses — has caused a noticeable drop in foot traffic and shaken community confidence. Our customers, families, and neighbors are seeking safe, positive places to enjoy, and small businesses like ours are feeling the impact more than ever.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Moments like these remind us how important it is for our community to stand together. Sip &amp; Frost Cake Bar is a nontraditional bakery — a gathering place built to spread positivity, peace, and togetherness. For 3 years, our mission has always been to impact our surrounding community in a meaningful, uplifting way. Despite the recent Mall incidents and other negative we are still o mission to make impact in the lives of every person that crosses the threshold at the Sip and Frost Cake Bar.

</div>
<div>⭐ Why We’re Asking for Help
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Due to reduced foot traffic after the recent Stonecrest Mall lockdown and other safety-related incidents in the surrounding shopping district — combined with ongoing operational challenges — we have fallen behind on essential expenses.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We are currently behind on rent, and without support, we risk losing the space that has been serving our community with so much love.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>To stabilize and continue our mission, we are raising funds to:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>✔️ Catch up on rent arrears
</div>
<div>✔️ Pay staff so we can offer consistent service
</div>
<div>✔️ Repair essential equipment
</div>
<div>✔️ Add kid-friendly tables and seating
</div>
<div>✔️ Purchase supplies for our FREE Summer Camp
</div>
<div>✔️ Strengthen marketing &amp; operations for sustainability
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>⭐ Your Support Makes a Real Difference
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Through Sip &amp; Frost:
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Children experience joy, creativity, confidence, and community
</div>

</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Families feel connected
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Youth gain valuable life skills
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Neurodivergent young adults find opportunity and encouragement
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This work matters.
</div>
<div>And we cannot continue without your help.
</div>
