ShAnkAri is living through a nightmare no one should ever endure—a nightmare created by fraud, legal neglect, and a banking system that failed to protect her. In 2020, she invested her life savings into building a home for herself and her two sons. What she didn’t know was that the construction company was fraudulent—and that the bank approved and financed the project without performing the most basic verifications. When the courts finally investigated, a judicial expert confirmed the truth: The house is uninhabitable, must be destroyed, and ShAnkAri is the victim of a major scam.

She is fighting this alone while raising two sons, with no financial or emotional support from her family. Her health has deteriorated: she suffers from a congenital vascular condition causing severe bruising and vein ruptures. The stress is breaking her body. After years of delays, her case is now at risk… but not lost.

Ce qu’elle ne savait pas, c’est que l’entreprise de construction était frauduleuse — et que la banque (Crédit Agricole) a financé le projet sans vérifier les éléments essentiels. Lorsque la justice a enfin enquêté, une expertise judiciaire a confirmé la vérité : La maison est inhabitable, doit être détruite, et ShAnkAri est pleinement victime d’une escroquerie. Mais au lieu d’être protégée, elle a passé les quatre dernières années à payer pour des fautes qui ne sont pas les siennes : Elle a perdu la première procédure parce que son avocat n’a pas lancé l’action contre la banque en 2020. La banque continue d’exiger des paiements pour une maison qui ne devrait même plus exister. Le fisc la taxe pour un bâtiment condamné. Elle vit dans une précarité extrême : sans nourriture certains jours, sans chauffage, sans moyens de se vêtir ou de vivre normalement. Elle affronte tout cela seule, tout en élevant deux garçons, sans soutien familial. Sa santé s’est détériorée : elle souffre d’un problème vasculaire congénital qui provoque de graves hématomes et une rupture des veines. Le stress la détruit physiquement. Après des années de délais, sa procédure est maintenant en danger… mais pas perdue.
