Help save our dog Gronk!!!!

I don't even know where to begin. Our dog Gronk is 3 years old. What started as an ear infection turned into paralasys of the right side of his face. He was treated with anti biotic and steroids and had no improvement. Tonight I noticed the other side of his face was not moving either. He can not blink or move any part of his face and he kept falling off the couch and the bed. I rushed him to North star vets and they gave him a different antibiotic and was told if there is no improvement to bring him back. Well around 3:00am he fell out of bed again and hid under the bed. I heard him crying and went to take him outside to go to the bathroom. We got to the stairs and he fell down the whole flight of stairs. After a quick assessment I could tell he had lost his vision. He was unable to navigate or walk with out assistance. The hospital thinks this is neurological. Gronk needs and MRI and spinal tap to make sure his brain is ok and there is nothing wrong neuroligically and to rule out any kind of tumors or cancer in his brain. I would never normally ask people for help but I just don't know what else to do. This boy is our child and we can not let him suffer. Any amount given would be a big help!
