Help Save My Daughter from Injustice

Hi, my name is Dasha. Experts in psychology and medical evidence indicate that my six-year-old daughter has been sexually abused by her father. However, due to counterclaims of parental alienation against me, she is at risk of being handed over to her abusive father whom she is terribly afraid of and who, according to the girl, has already promised to kill her. This situation is quite typical for Spain where we currently reside, although, from June 2021, the parental alienation syndrome is prohibited for use in the Spanish court system. Nevertheless, the court-ordered expert groups keep using it to blame protective mothers for their attempts to save their children from violence and sexual abuse. It's been more than a year since we are immersed in litigation, I have already spent more than 30 000 euros on lawyers' fees; my family is completely ruined financially. We have literally exhausted all our resources, despite the massive help we received from our friends, relatives, and even strangers. We urgently need more money to pay independent experts and file new lawsuits against the members of the justice system who break the law. It's not only the life of my daughter at stake. We must change the system and set a precedent so that no other child and no other protective mom enter this vicious circle.

More specifically, we need extra 2000 euros by the end of the next week, i.e. August, 1st, and that will be only the first part of the bill, which I have to pay for the specialists to start working.

The statistics suggest that in the case of child sexual abuse committed by the father, the child and the mother in Spain have almost no chance. All physical evidence will be ignored as irrelevant, all unbiased psychological reports will be discredited, all signs of abuse in the child's behavior will be interpreted as emotional trauma caused by 'high conflict situation between the parents' and 'mother's bad influence'. This trend is quite widespread not only in Spain, but in the US, United Kingdom, France, Italy, and many other countries.  This has to be stopped because a world in which a mother and child are persecuted for trying to get justice and protection has no future.

Данные психологических и медицинских осмотров свидетельствуют о том, что моя шестилетняя дочь подверглась сексуализированному насилию со стороны отца. Однако в силу встречных обвинений в родительском отчуждении, меня могут лишить опекунства, а девочку передать на попечение отца, которого она ужасно боится и который, по словам дочери, грозил ей расправой. Эта ситуация вполне типична для Испании, где мы сейчас проживаем, хотя с июня 2021 года синдром родительского отчуждения запрещен к использованию в испанской судебной системе. Тем не менее, назначенные судом экспертные группы продолжают использовать его против матерей, которые пытаются спасти своих детей от насилия и сексуальных домогательств со стороны биологических отцов. Прошло больше года с тех пор, как мы погрузились в судебные тяжбы, я уже потратила более 30 000 евро на оплату услуг адвокатов и других специалистов; моя семья на грани финансового краха. Мы исчерпали все ресурсы, несмотря на огромную поддержку, которую получили от друзей, родственников и даже незнакомых людей. Нам срочно нужны средства, чтобы заплатить независимым экспертам и подать новые иски против тех, кто нарушает закон и ставит жизнь шестилетней девочки под угрозу. Однако на кону не только жизнь моей дочери. Мы должны изменить систему и создать прецедент, чтобы ни один другой ребенок и ни одна другая защищающая его мать не попали в этот порочный круг.

Если говорить более конкретно, то до конца следующей недели, то есть до 1 августа, нам нужно собрать 2000 евро, и это будет только первая часть счета, который я должна оплатить, чтобы специалисты приступили к работе.

По статистике в случае сексуализированного насилия над несовершеннолетним со стороны отца, у матери и ребенка в Испании практически нет шансов. Все медицинские доказательства будут проигнорированы как не относящиеся к делу, все беспристрастные психологические отчеты будут дискредитированы, все признаки насилия в поведении ребенка будут интерпретированы как эмоциональная травма, вызванная "высоко конфликтной ситуацией между родителями" и "дурным влиянием матери". Эта тенденция широко распространена не только в Испании, но и в США, Великобритании, Франции, Италии и многих других странах.  Этому пора положить конец, потому что мир, в котором мать и ребенок подвергаются преследованиям за попытку добиться справедливости и защиты, не имеет будущего.

Esta situación es bastante típica en España, donde residimos actualmente, aunque, a partir de junio de 2021,  el uso del síndrome de alienación parental está prohibido en el sistema judicial español. Pero no importa: los grupos de expertos oficiados por los tribunales siguen utilizándolo para culpar a las madres protectoras por sus intentos de salvar a sus hij@s de la violencia y los abusos sexuales. Hace más de un año que estamos inmersos en el litigio, ya he gastado más de 30.000 euros en honorarios de abogados y otros especialistas; mi familia está arruinada económicamente. Hemos agotado literalmente todos nuestros recursos, a pesar de la enorme ayuda que recibimos de nuestros amigos, familiares e incluso desconocidos. Necesitamos urgentemente más dinero para pagar a expertos independientes y presentar nuevas demandas contra los miembros de la justicia que incumplen la ley. No sólo está en juego la vida de mi hija. Debemos cambiar el sistema y sentar un precedente para que ningún otr@ niñ@ y ninguna otra madre protectora entren en este círculo vicioso.

En concreto, necesitamos 2.000 euros más para el final de la próxima semana, es decir, el 1 de agosto, y eso será sólo la primera parte de la factura, que tengo que pagar para que los especialistas empiecen a trabajar.

Las estadísticas sugieren que en el caso de abuso sexual infantil cometido por el padre, no hay esperanza para l@s menores y sus madres en España. Todas las pruebas médicas serán ignoradas por irrelevantes, todos los informes psicológicos imparciales serán desacreditados, todos los signos de abuso en el comportamiento del/la menor serán interpretados como traumas emocionales causados por la "situación de alta conflictividad entre los progenitores" y la "mala influencia de la madre". Esta tendencia está bastante extendida no sólo en España, sino en Estados Unidos, Reino Unido, Francia, Italia y muchos otros países.  Y esto se tiene que acabar. Porque un mundo en el que se persigue a una madre y a su hij@ por intentar conseguir justicia y protección no tiene futuro.
