HELP SAVE MY BEAUTIFUL ELBEE'S LIFE

My dear family, friends and colleaugues.
9 years ago I fell in love with "Elbee", (Little Boy) a beautiful, warm hearted, smart Lhasa/Shitzu. He was 8 weeks old at the time.
We have has a wonderful and joyeus life together till
about 5 months ago I noticed he was having trouble "pooing" , being constantly constipated, but still eating fine, and happy, running, playing.
And recently, from all his "pressing to poo", and from all that pressure, I had him examined by my vet to find he has a "dual hernia" which needs to be fixed as well as having to have him neutered.
And to "complicate matters" he has a heart murmer and an enlarged heart, So VERY SCARY for my little baby Elbee. Just love him soo much.
So dear friends, besides PRAYER I need your FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE to do this operation.
