My name is Sivon Jenkins, and I’m asking for your help to save the sweetest soul I’ve ever known - my dog, Luna. A few days ago, while staying at a family friend’s home, Luna suffered a severe spinal injury. We were not given much info as to what took place, but the result is heartbreaking: Luna’s back legs are paralyzed. She can’t walk. She can’t even use the bathroom on her own. The emergency vet told us her only chance at walking again and having any quality of life is surgery. Without it, she will be in constant pain, and we will have no choice but to let her go. Luna is only 7 years old. She’s been with me since she was a tiny puppy. She’s the most gentle, loving, and happy dog you could ever meet.
