<div>Hi, my name is Lisa Watson, and my amazing brother Arturo Hammeken found this precious little girl who we have named Lilliana, on the street in really bad condition. She was suffering with heat exhaustion on the streets with no food or water and an open bleeding wound on her chest.

<div>Lilliana is severely emaciated and we have found out she has advanced mammary cancer which can be treated. One of her tumors has ruptured, leaving her with an open, bleeding wound that requires urgent surgical care. Despite her condition, she is incredibly gentle, loving, and trusting — a precious little soul who clearly hasn’t given up, even after everything she’s endured.

<div>We have covered all of the financial and physical care so far, including emergency veterinary treatment, medications, wound care, and stabilization. However, she has a long road ahead, and we are reaching out to our community for help.

<div>In recent months, two of our other rescue dogs, Lou and Dolly (who most of you will remember was our last rescue with the open foot wound), both just underwent cancer surgeries. At the same time, I am also covering my own out-of-pocket medical treatments here in La Paz for cancer. I share this only for transparency — rescue work is an act of love, but it can also be financially overwhelming, and I need some help covering her surgery.

<div>We are asking for help to cover the cost of her cancer surgery ($12,000 pesos/ $680 US dollars) for Lilliana because she has suffered so much and deserves comfort, dignity, and to know unconditional love and safety.
