<div>Since 2020, our cozy little French café has been a cherished part of San Clemente, serving delicious pastries, aromatic coffee, and mouthwatering meals to our wonderful community. We've built not just a business, but a family—a place where memories are made over fresh croissants and laughter echoes with every shared meal.

<div><strong>Unfortunately, due to a sudden and dramatic 100% increase in rent, we are facing the heartbreaking reality of having to close our doors on July 24, 2024.</strong> However, we are not ready to say goodbye to the community we love so dearly.

<div><strong>We have found a few options, but the only way to secure a new space is by paying a key money fee. To make this move possible and ensure we can continue serving you, we need to raise $150,000.</strong> This amount includes:

</div>
<div>**$50,000** for cash flow and additional expenses involved in setting up and moving to the new location.
