Help Save Fil

On the morning of November 23rd, we woke up to Filbert straining in and around his litter box, which immediately prompted a visit to the vet. After being told by our normal vet that he needed to go to emergency immediately, we were told after an exam and x-ray that he needs to be hospitalized and put on a catheter until he passes a urinary obstruction. This condition can be deadly to cats if left untreated and we are very thankful to have caught it early. The prognosis is likely to be a 48-72 hour stay at the hospital, and the cost has added up to approximately $3000 for exams and procedures. Due to our lack of income during the pandemic and the recent closure of my workplace, we need all the help we can get to ensure Fil gets the treatment he deserves. Help save our sweet bb!
