<div>This poor baby was found as a stray 5 weeks ago in San Tan Valley in Arizona. Good Samaritans notified HARTT Volunteers. We were able to humanely trap her and I offered to keep her safe until rescue placement was found. She was doing great…estimated to be no more than 2 years old…Mastiff Mix…great with other dogs and older children. I got her vaccinated, she tested negative for tick fever, negative for heart worm and negative for parasites. Her bloodwork looked good. So we started networking her to rescues. 1 week ago, Ember started showing signs of Lethargy, coughing, eye discharge and she stopped eating.

</div>
<div>She is now currently hospitalized. Her fever was over 106 yesterday.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Yesterday, Ember stopped eating. X-rays show what looks like fluid in her lungs. She is in the hospital on IV fluids, IV antibiotics, anti-fungal meds and nebulizer treatments.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>It is suspected she has severe Valley Fever (Valley Fever bloodwork is pending).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>I can’t let her die but I also cannot afford this unexpected medical cost</strong> (especially since my personal dog Lola just had unexpected surgery for a cancerous tumor).
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div><strong>Any donation towards Ember’s medical expenses is much appreciated.</strong> I can also give the vet hospital information to those that feel more comfortable donating directly to the hospital for her care!
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This is not how her story will end..she deserves better.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please help save her.
