Running Club Cafe this past year has meant everything to us. This room has so much history. For years, it’s been a place where artists got their start, where people fell in love with live music, and where nights turned into memories you carry with you. Getting the chance to be a part of that story and help carry it forward has been something we don’t take lightly. What’s made this year so special isn’t just the shows, it’s the people. Our team members who show up every day and give this place their heart. The artists who trust our stage and feel safe in our space. The regulars, the first timers, the sold-out rooms, the quiet nights that still feel like magic. You’ve all made this space what it is.

Like any older building, we’ve had to take on some unexpected repairs along the way, plus navigate weather and rising costs, but we’ve learned so much, made important changes, and feel really excited about where things are heading. Club Cafe has faced unexpected repair costs this year, including a broken HVAC system, freezer repairs, and damage to the iconic neon sign from a winter storm. These issues forced temporary closures, lost revenue, and reduced shifts for employees. Insurance hasn't covered the losses, and the venue is now seeking support from the community.

Funds raised will help recoup costs from essential repairs to the HVAC system, freezer, and neon sign, restore lost revenue, and ensure Club Cafe remains a safe, inclusive space for artists, patrons, and staff. This support will help the venue continue its legacy as a place where memories are made and the community comes together. If Club Cafe has ever meant something to you, please consider donating, sharing, or simply showing up. Head over to our website to purchase tickets ahead of time, become a member through our website to receive special benefits and discounts, or just donate to help our cause! Keep an eye out for fundraising shows as well! Your support will help us keep this historic venue thriving for years to come. We’re grateful for the community that has built this space together and excited for what’s ahead.
