Help Save Clark!

My sweet pup Clark was sick so I took her to the vet to see what was wrong. Unfortunately, we found out that she has something blocking her intestine. Our only options are to pay up to $5,500 for a surgery to save her or to put her down. I can't afford the surgery on my own therefore I am asking for all of your help. This dog means the world to me and I don't what I would do without her. She's very young and should have a long life ahead of her. If I can save her I will be forever grateful. Right now she is being kept overnight on fluids so that we can weigh our options and try to figure out something. There isn't a lot of time left for us to help her. Please help me out if you can I really need it.
