<div>Our sweet girl Charlie is a 7-year-old chocolate lab with the happiest spirit and the biggest heart. She’s playful, gentle, and believes she’s a lap dog—no matter who sits down first! She loves swimming, fetching anything that moves, and greeting everyone she meets with her tail wagging like crazy.

<div>Recently, our world turned upside down when Charlie was diagnosed with an aggressive melanoma tumor inside her mouth. The news came as a shock — one day she was her joyful self, and the next we were facing a terrifying diagnosis.

<div>Charlie needs surgery as soon as possible to remove a large portion of the tumor, along with bloodwork, medications, and follow-up care to help make sure the cancer stays at bay.  The total cost of her treatment is around $5,000, and it’s more than my mom can manage on her own.

<div>Charlie has given us nothing but love, comfort, and laughter every single day. We’re determined to give her the same unconditional care she’s always given us — and we need a little help to make that possible.
