Help Save Bentley’s Eye

This is Bentley! He’s around 5 years old. He was a rescue from a shelter in New Windsor NY by my best friend Keri. This morning he was attacked by another dog and needs to have surgery on his eye. 

Bentley is such a sweetheart and still has so much life to live.  Please help me pay to get him the care he needs.
