Bella has been part of our family since 2019, when we adopted her at just 8 weeks old. She has been loved and cared for deeply, bringing us endless joy and companionship. Now, at only five years old, our Bella is facing a heartbreaking battle—she has been diagnosed with severe kidney disease, and her red blood cell count has suddenly dropped to dangerous levels. She has completely stopped eating her food, she only drinks water and her urine has started to look and smell like water. She needs to be hospitalized urgently and be given IV fluids before she begins her treatment.

Despite regular vet visits and the best care we could provide, this diagnosis came as a shock. Bella is not just a pet, she’s a cherished member of our family of four. It feels like she has been with us for more than a decade, and we can’t imagine our lives without her.

We are determined to fight for her. Euthanasia is not an option—we want to give Bella a real chance at recovery. Unfortunately, the cost of her treatment is more than we can manage on our own, and we are reaching out for help. According to the vet, the costs of the treatment can be in the high thousands of dollars - Although we are going to cover a majority of the cost if we proceed with her treatment - it may not be enough.
