Help save Atlas' life

Yesterday,Michele came home from work early. While she was taking our dogs outside to use the bathroom she heard what sounded like a little puppy screaming and whimpering. She put the dogs inside and came back out to see what the sound was. A little puppy (Atlas)  ran right up to her and jumped in her arms and then ran into our house. We decided to keep him to see if anyone would post pictures or posters of him around our neighborhood. Michele took him outside to use the bathroom and noticed that his penis was attached to his stomach and he was struggling to use the potty. Michele and I took him to the pet hospital last night. The vets were amazing and confused all at the same time. They had never seen this type of defect before



. The vets believe that the people who had him before just threw him out because they knew something was wrong with him. We will be taking him to see a specialist this morning (12-14-2017) to see what can be done for him.  Atlas has found his forever home and Michele and I are willing to do everything we can to make sure he lives a long and happy life. We know that this will not be cheap, but no human or animal should ever be thrown out like trash. Please help us save his life, he is a beautful and sweet boy and he has already stolen our hearts.
