My name is Sara, and I’m not an official rescue, but I have saved many dogs in my local area. So, when the City of Edcouch discovered there was a house with 27 dogs in it, and the owner had recently passed away, they immediately called me and asked for help.

If they send them to the closest local shelter, they will charge the city $300 to network them or $50 to euthanize them on arrival. They allowed me a week to try to get them all rescued before they will take the euthanization option. I am trying to raise money to get them all the vaccines and health certificates they will need to be transported to receiving rescues. We also have four younger dogs needing immediate vet care. Any money raised to help with vetting and vaccines will help me find rescues more willing to take them. If you can’t afford to donate, please share at least. Thank you.
