<div>On Wednesday, January 8th, 2025, my dear friends <strong>Sasha and his mother, Azmina, lost their home in the devastating 2025 Palisades Fire.</strong> The fire spread with terrifying speed, catching even the most experienced locals off guard, and consuming everything in its path. Azmina, who had lived in the area for some 40 years, shared that in all her decades of fire evacuation warnings, she had never evacuated—until that awful day, when their beloved home was destroyed.

Sasha and Azmina’s home was full of warmth, love, and memories, a place where everyone felt welcome and cared for. Anyone who was lucky enough to step through its doors holds it in a special place in their heart. It was a truly unique home from an extraordinary family. Now, they’re facing the unimaginable task of starting over with nothing.
