<div>On Memorial Day, Sarah was hit head on by a drunk driver going the wrong direction on the highway. She was passing through Amarillo, TX on her way to Montana, where she planned to spend the summer. She was pinned in her car with her leg crushed in the door and had to be cut out by the paramedics. Among other injuries, she had a liver laceration and her left leg was broken in 3 places.

<div>Sarah spent over 3 weeks in the hospital recovering from two surgeries and attending in-patient rehab. It’s been a slow healing process that we anticipate will take 6-12 months before she is walking again.

<div>On top of all this, the driver that hit her was uninsured. So many people have reached out with offers to help. Sarah would be incredibly grateful for any donations to assist in covering things such as hospital bills, physical therapy, loss of income, and purchasing a new car.
