Help Remmy get better

Hi. My friend needs help with her emergency pet bills.  I, as well as my two dogs, recently moved in with my friend and her dog. We had to give up her dog because her dog kept attacking my dogs. After giving up her dog she was sad and depressed for a few months. I found a really cute puppy that was only 9 weeks old. I decided to get her for a Christmas present for my roommate. Remmy puppy is now 11 weeks old and we noticed that she wasn’t feeling good. She started to have diarrhea and then started to throw up  we took her to the emergency vet and they took blood tests. We found out her blood tests came back all over the place. Remmy has double the white blood cell count, is slightly anemic, may have pancreatitis, and needs a plasma transfusion. We are unable to pay the vet bill because we had just paid rent and my dog just had surgery on his foot a couple days before. Please help
