<div>My name is Sarah LaRoche and I really need help. In December of 2024, I was fired due to Ball State University not giving me simple accommodation requests for my Autism.

<div> It has been financially catastrophic for my family since that happened.  I was the breadwinner in my family because my husband is on social security. It isn’t his fault they expect someone live on such meager means. My husband has been having to shoulder all this financial burden and there’s just not enough money to help this all out.

<div>I was guaranteed by an assessor (the first stage of disability case approval) my case  was approved and the doctor there just needed to sign off. I have over half a dozen of what social security deems “blue book automatic disability approval” status. Among those are Lupus and AuDHD. 
</div>

<div>I am absolutely not in a good place health wise to be able to work, because of my disabilities. My lupus infusion therapy is not working as it should be. It isn’t a choice of me deciding I will not work, it is just a fact.  It makes me so overwhelmed, and actually caused major depressive disorder diagnosis to add to my list  And even more fear and anxiety about how to survive another potentially 15 to 18 months, until I can get my disability case in front of a judge. I deserved that approval for all I endure every single day of my life. I don’t know how we will make it through this. I just want to take care of my family.

<div>I am trying to manage my cell phone bill to get our phones back on, and handle some bills from my infusion therapy.

<div>Please help if you can. I know the world is a scary and hard place for everyone right now financially. It hurts my heart and soul to do this, but I’m hoping for a miracle.

<div>In the pictures is the proof of all I am saying and the costs of helping my lupus alone not to mention other costs for several illnesses beyond it. It shows how my hair fell out in clumps from the treatment. It shows my denial for SSDI. And I am doing this in pictures because sadly I know people in the world can be deceiving but I am not and wanted to provide proof of my situation.

<div>I hate doing this. All I feel like is a failure and scared. I am 46 and am begging for money. This isn’t what I should have to endure and definitely my family. I do not know what else I can do to get help. My cell phone is off making it not possible to communicate with my doctors. I do not like asking for help regardless. This is <strong>SO HARD</strong>.
