Hi! My name is Sarah Albertson, and I am seeking help to pay for Yoga Teacher Training. This training is important because I will become a trauma-informed yoga instructor. The training that I would receive would allow me to give back to my community by creating classes for others in recovery from mental illness and/or substance abuse disorder. This cause is dear to my heart because yoga has helped me connect back to my body after trauma. With your help, I will be taking training at Yoga Bliss in Akron.
