Hello everybody. My daughter Sara Smithers is in Upstate in Syracuse then will be eventually transferred to Rochester. She has multiple blood clots around her heart and lungs. She has gained over 40lbs of thick fluid behind her chest walls. Sara is on oxygen 24/7 and is still having issues breathing. We just found out that she has to have complete open heart surgery to remove the blood clots. I'm not the type of person to ask for money but if anyone has anything to spare it would help immensely. It will go towards gas money, hotel rooms, medical bills, food and drinks, whatever else is needed. Thank you so much for taking the time to read!
