Help Santa Tom get well.

Our pal Santa Tom is in a tough way right now. His motorcycle accident has left him unable to walk, let alone work. He supports so many in Kelowna, and now I know he could use our help, so I set this up. He's got 3 cracked vertebrae in his neck, staples and stiches, a broken bone in his foot, etc.  If you know him, and would like to help, I'm sure he would greatly appreciate it. He will be out of action for more than a month, a tough go for the self employed. He didn't ask, I volunteered. The way it should be.

p.s. Tom and I have been friends for about 11 years. We ride together, fundraise together (Bands, Burgers, Beers and Balding, to support kids at BCCH and KGH) and just hang out, sharing our passions of music, motorcycles and good people.  The funds will be in Tom's hands, not mine, and will go towards essential bills and treatment until he gets back on his feet. He will need plenty of therapy, and won't be able to work for (estimating) about 2 months. If there are unused funds once he starts working, look for a donation to one of his favorite charities, the Salvation Army Toy Run. Right now I want to make sure he can get by the day to day struggles.
