<div>Hi my name is Sagar Subedi From Uk I am Raising Fund For Sangit, who lost hearing in both ears when he was 14 due to medical negligence. Regular hearing aids cannot help him. .To hear again he needs surgery and a cochlear implant. This is a standard operation in the UK usually covered by health insurance. Because he lives in Nepal, though, Sangit has no insurance and cannot cover the costs of the operation which averages well over £9000 per implant.

<div>Sangit Subedi was born in Itahari, Nepal, best known as the home of the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest. It is also one of the world's poorest countries..

<div>He was raised in a loving family in Nepal. When he was 14 years old, he started to lose his hearing. His family took him to the best doctors available, but the treatment they prescribed was incorrect. Gradually he started losing hearing—slowly at first, then almost all in both her ears now - and his world changed completely.

<div>Despite this loss, Sangit has remained a constant source of hope and inspiration to those around him.

<div>He had the choice of attending a school for the deaf and hard of hearing, but he chose instead to continue his studies in the regular public school. He didn’t want his disability to isolate him from his peers or to prevent him from enjoying all the opportunities.

<div>But without the ability to hear, his life opportunities remain limited. He cannot find employment in Nepal. Without a cochlear implant, he cannot become independent and live the life that he aspires to.
