Help Sandy Get Her Surgery

Help Sandy get her cataract surgery.  Sandy's cataracts have moved in front of her pupils and she can no longer see to work or drive.  She does not have medical insurance which is needed to cover the removal of the cataracts.  She spent her last $150 to go to the optometrist and he told her the only fix is surgery.  She then went to Eye Associates and they told her its $250 for the consultation and then $3000 per eye for the surgery.  Your help, kindness, and generosity would be greatly appreciated, she is a very loving and caring person that just makes enough money to get by yet$150  to much to qualify for any government assistance.  She is going to apply for insurance during the open enrollment which starts on Nov 1 but something needs to be done before then her eyes are daily getting worse.
