She was our guiding light, our rock, and without her, we feel adrift in a sea of uncertainty and grief.

<div><strong>Our mother passed away without leaving a will, thrusting us into a complex and overwhelming legal process to secure ownership of her home.</strong> This home, filled with countless memories of laughter, love, and warmth, is now the key to my future stability. I must navigate the probate process to sell it and use the proceeds to relocate to Arizona, where my sister and I can support each other through this heart-wrenching transition.

<div>This situation is made even more difficult by my own health struggles. <strong>I am currently disabled and unable to work, recovering from four hip surgeries over the past five months.</strong> My health complications have been severe, and I am now reliant on a PICC line for antibiotics and a JP hose to drain fluid from my hip daily. The chronic pain I endure is relentless, and coping with it has been a monumental challenge. Relocating my sister would be able to assist me with my health care.

<div>I was in the hospital for several months off and on, when my mother passed away, and not being by her side during her final moments has added an unbearable weight to my grief.

<div>My mother and I were inseparable. She was my best friend, my angel, my everything. We shared a bond that words can scarcely describe, and now, without her, I feel lost and fearful for the future. My heart is shattered, and the thought of facing this world without her is overwhelming. Every day is a struggle to find strength and hope.

<div><strong>The funds raised through this GoFundMe will primarily go towards legal fees to hire a lawyer who can assist us with the probate and estate matters.</strong> This is a critical step to gain rightful ownership of our mother’s home and facilitate its sale, which will provide me with the financial means to begin anew in Arizona.
