Help Sam's recovery after being shot

Thursday night, April 20th, Sam was driving on 96th St near Keystone when he got shot by a crazy person. His vehicle was shot at least 6 times and he was hit in the head, chest, and arm with fragments of bullets that had exploded from hitting the car. 

We are asking for help raising money to pay for expenses such as medical bills, car insurance deductable, rent, transportation, ect. 

We are filled with so much gratitude to still have Sam with us after this incredibly traumatic event. All help is greatly appreciated.
